With your consent, we use your submitted details to respond and arrange the assessment. No marketing subscription or automated decisions. You may withdraw consent and request access, correction, deletion and other rights by contacting the controller.
Navin and Alejandro receive your request by email. AgentMail ([email protected]) handles sending; Cloudflare delivers and protects this website, hosted on IBC’s VPS infrastructure.
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics for visit, page, referral and performance statistics. According to Cloudflare, its beacon uses neither cookies nor browser storage and discards IP addresses during processing. We use no advertising or session recording. Form fields are not sent to the beacon, stored in browser storage or published to GitHub. Cloudflare may apply technical security mechanisms.
The encrypted technical sending copy is removed after confirmed delivery; otherwise it is kept for retries for up to seven days. Enquiry emails without a professional relationship follow IBC’s general policy: one year after the last contact.
You may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD). See the general policy for further information. This notice specifically describes the IBC Market Atlas form and its sending provider.
If you arrive from a tagged campaign, your request includes only its source, channel and campaign codes. We do not store click identifiers or use advertising cookies.
